How we clean your curtains, step by step

1. On-site inspection. When our field team arrives to remove your curtains, they check the measurements, confirm the price and look for permanent stains, removable stains or existing damage. Anything they find is explained to you on the spot and recorded with photos.
2. Facility inspection. At our curtain cleaning facility, our expert technicians inspect your curtains a second time and record their findings.
3. Treatment approval. The technician chooses the cleaning treatment that best suits your fabric. If there is any risk to the fabric, our customer service team contacts you for your approval before we proceed.
4. Cleaning and quality check. After approval, your curtains are cleaned and dried, then inspected again. Our customer service team keeps you updated on the progress.
5. Steam pressing and packaging. Your curtains are steam pressed, placed in protective covers and tagged with your address before they leave our facility.
6. Reinstallation. Our field team brings your curtains back and reinstalls them at your home, villa or office.

Our quality promise

Because curtains are all we focus on, every order goes through two inspections and a final quality check. If you are ever not happy with the cleaning quality, we re-clean your curtains free of charge after our team reviews your order.
